About the internship
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic training and development intern to join our careers and placement team at the Internshala placement guarantee course. The ideal candidate should have an attitude to get things done with attention to detail, strong written & verbal communication, and a learning mindset. As a T&D intern, you will be empowering students to kickstart their corporate journey
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Evaluating and counseling students who enroll in Internshala's placement guarantee course to ensure their resumes align with industry standards
2. Delivering and meeting set targets for resume evaluation and preparation every month
3. Helping students create resumes and cover letters alongside providing constructive feedback to all the PGC candidates
4. Designing and delivering soft skills courses, workshops, and other training
5. Coordinating with internal stakeholders including the corporate engagement team, and program delivery team, and external stakeholders including recruiters and hiring managers

Other requirements
1. A final-year student or recent graduate
2. Preferred: Experience in internships or roles in learning and development, corporate training, human resources, teaching, or student counseling
3. Excellent interpersonal skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Stakeholder management
6. Ability to multitask
7. Skilled in MS Office and knowledge of Canva would be an added advantage
