About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include :

1. Conduct an orientation program for blue & white collared employees
2. Ensure effective achievement of process implementation and process adherence
3. Deliver effective training as per agreed timelines
4. Conduct process training, up-skill training for existing/new verticals/categories and refresher training
5. Plan, direct, and coordinate all the administrative work, TNI, TNA and the need for business improvement and people development

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 3rd Jul'20 and 7th Aug'20

Added requirements

1. Should have done any graduation

2. Should have strong communication - English and local language proficiency

3. Should have excellent delivery, organizational, and planning skills

4. Should have excellent verbal and written communications skills

5. Should have knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

6. Should have presentation skills

7. Ability to multitask for effective training schedules

8. Knowledge of regional languages is preferred

9. Should be ready to do night shifts/rotational shifts

Additional information

It will be a 6-day working week. Travel expenses to be incurred on self (within city limits).
