About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Transcribe and interpret the prescription/dictation into diagnostic test results, operative reports, and other documents
2. Provide online copies of transcribed documents to doctors or other providers for review and signature, make corrections or changes as noted
3. Review transcription documents for quality assurance and precision to spot and correct any errors that could impact patient care and medical liability
4. Check prescriptions for errors & make sure they are appropriate
5. Manage and resolve complaints and take regular feedback from patients for compliance

Who can apply

1. are available for the work from home job/internship

Added requirements

1. Experience in disease & diagnose coding (ICD) or LOINC lab test coding,

2. ATC, NDC medicine coding is a must

3. Experience in reading & understanding medicine name and dosing instruction is required

4. Should know diagnosis/chief complaints - converting to ICD

5. Experience in lab reports assessment transcribing the data as per our protocol to tracking 2.0 and raising alarms in case of any abnormality
