About the internship
As a Travel Consultant intern at Bookmytournow, you will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in sales pitch, holiday package design, effective communication, travel itinerary making, and MS-Excel. Your role will involve working closely with customers to create unforgettable travel experiences and maximize sales.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers to promote holiday packages.
2. Design customized holiday packages tailored to individual customer preferences and budget.
3. Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
4. Create detailed travel itineraries with comprehensive information on destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation.
5. Utilize MS-Excel to organize and manage booking information, customer data, and sales performance.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination of travel arrangements and customer satisfaction.
7. Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry updates to enhance service delivery and sales opportunities.
