Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the customer service team by answering client inquiries, responding to emails, and helping clients with booking details, modifications, and cancellations
2. Managing social media accounts by replying to comments and engaging with customers online
3. Conducting research for travel packages, destinations, and seasonal trends
4. Looking into local tours, transport options, and pricing to help build competitive and appealing travel packages
5. Ensuring travel itineraries, contracts, and client details are accurately entered into the system or CRM
6. Updating brochures or website content with new offers and information
