About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
a. Convert Inquiries into Bookings
1. Handle incoming inquiries for group tours, summer camps, and school trips.
2. Persuade and assist potential customers in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
b. Manage Group Tours
1. Plan and oversee group tours from start to finish, including itinerary design, logistics coordination, and on-ground execution.
2. Ensure all aspects of the tour run smoothly to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
c. Collaborate with Internal Teams
1. Work closely with internal departments to address issues and implement improvements in tour operations and customer satisfaction.
d. Develop Customer Relationships
1. Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
e. Maintain Accurate Records
1. Keep detailed records of bookings, payments, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system for streamlined operations.
f. Coordinate with Marketing and Operations Teams
1. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers, from the booking stage to post-trip feedback.
g. Achieve Sales Targets
1. Actively pursue leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert potential customers to meet or exceed sales targets for group tours and camps.
