About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Accompany the foreign travelers on their tour and ensure that any questions or problems are resolved on an immediate basis
2. Engage with our in-house customer care team to ensure smooth operations for any tours
3. Participate in discussions to better customer experience
4. Respond to customer query emails
