About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interact with premium clients and understand their requirements
2. Build rapport with potential clients and understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
3. Develop and present customized travel packages that cater to client desires and exceed expectations.
4. Sell a variety of travel products and services, including flights, hotels, tours, activities, and travel insurance.
5. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Handle customer escalations related to sales inquiries and bookings, resolving issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
7. Utilize strong negotiation and convincing skills to secure sales and close deals.
8. Manage and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.
9. Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry best practices.
10. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (freshers or 1 year of experience considered).
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively.
5. A passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create unforgettable experiences.
6. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and travel booking systems (a plus).
