1. Assist customers in booking travel packages, accommodations, and activities
2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
3. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
4. Research and stay updated on destination offerings and travel trends
5. Create personalized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences and budgets
6. Manage bookings, payments, and documentation accurately and efficiently
7. Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness
