About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connect with 30+ leads on daily basis on Whatsapp to share the details as per the customer requirements
2. Reply to customer queries with a fast response time
3. Customize the package based on the requirements through the company's online system
4. Build trust among the customer to book the trip with our company
5. Send booking and payment links as per company policy
6. Understand concepts of FOMO, Flash Sales, and Limited Time Deals
7. Follow up on post-sales queries till the completion of the trip

Requirements

1. Adhere to a minimum internship duration that is 6 months with work timings 10 AM to 6 PM
2. Preference will be given if you have experience selling southeast Asian destinations (Bali, Indonesia, Thailand , Singapore )
3. Excellent command over English, and Hindi - both written and spoken
4. Skills to convince people to take action and build trust in the brand
5. Flexible with working hours during the busy season
6. Able to commit to working for a minimum of 6 months
7. Able to handle pressure and work in a small team/independently
8. Able to deliver the assigned targets on a weekly/monthly basis
