Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in creating travel itineraries for clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
2. Design holiday packages that cater to the needs and preferences of our diverse clientele.
3. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the travel and tourism industry.
4. Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies to promote our travel services.
5. Assist in managing client inquiries and bookings, providing excellent customer service at all times.
6. Utilize MS-Word to create professional documents and reports for internal and external use.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to contribute fresh ideas to our team.
