Travel & Tourism Internship

Role & Responsibilities:
Respond to Europe travel queries, ensuring quick responses with quotations and Itineraries.
Ensuring a quick turn-around time for sending quotations to B2B agents.
Work in the team to ensure smooth flow of the process.
Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transportation services to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing B2B queries and concerns promptly.
Handle administrative tasks related to tour bookings, documentation, and invoicing.
To contribute in Training and development programs for the team.
Follow SOPs for smooth flow of the process.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in a similar role within the travel industry
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Excellent customer service orientation and ensuring quick turn-around time.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
