6. Coordinate with vendors and handle client inquiries via phone or email.
7. Assist in preparing clients for treks with briefings on routes, packing, and safety.
8. Prepare documents (permits, maps, contacts) and trekking kits (first aid, supplies).
9. Ensure logistics (transport, lodging) are ready for upcoming treks.
10. Gather feedback from clients post-tour for quality improvement.
11. Help the marketing team by creating social media content (photos, posts) for promotional use.
12. Follow up with clients for reviews and testimonials.
13. Assist in preparing cost estimates for future treks and staying within budget.
14. Help generate invoices for clients and vendors.
15. Contribute to weekly reports on operations and upcoming trips.
