About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create engaging reels, videos, and daily blogs showcasing the property, activities, and the stunning views from Sakinn Stays.
2. Manage and promote Sakinn Stays' social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) by posting fresh, creative content to boost engagement and attract potential guests.
3. Collaborate with the team to develop social media strategies and campaigns.
4. Host and welcome guests, ensuring they have a warm and memorable experience during their stay.
5. Address guest inquiries and provide assistance to enhance their comfort and satisfaction.
6. Oversee property amenities and ensure they are well-maintained and meet high standards.
7. Occasionally assist in managing the staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
8. Provide a private room at the property in Manali for accommodation.
9. Offer two meals per day during the internship.
10. Demonstrate a strong passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling.
11. Communicate effectively with guests and staff to maintain a welcoming environment.
12. Possess basic knowledge of social media platforms and content editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar).
13. Exhibit enthusiasm, creativity, and self-motivation to take ownership of responsibilities.
