Travel & Tourism Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day roles and responsibilities include:

1. Make travel, accommodation, and related bookings
2. Issue, reissue cancel airline tickets on GDS/Amadeus
3. Work on reservation, ticketing, FIT ticketing, refund, etc.
4. Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where required

Requirements:

1. Must have good knowledge of GDS Amadeus/GDS Galileo software
2. Know to find the best available airfare requested by the client
3. Must have good knowledge of issuing tickets, extra ancillary services EDMS, refunds, reissue, and cancelation
4. Good command of English writing and verbal communication
5. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in domestic and international ticketing
6. Candidate must have the ability to handle all International and domestic ticketing queries received from B2B agents
7. Candidate must have a sincere and honest work approach
8. Knowledge of tour packages would be an add-on advantage
9. Candidates must have a positive approach towards the clients and have the tendency to mature the leads to confirmed bookings
