1. Hospitality experience with a proven track record in exceeding guest expectations
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse audience
3. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
4. Proficiency in hospitality software (a plus)
5. Flexibility for various shifts
6. Fluency in English (regional language preferred)
