Travel & Tourism Internship

As a Travel & Tourism intern at HighQ Tourism, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our clients and develop valuable skills in client relationship management. Your role will involve utilizing your proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Word to create and maintain client databases, as well as utilizing your English proficiency for effective communication with clients.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service
2. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze client data and create reports to track client preferences and behaviors
3. Support the sales team in creating customized travel packages for clients based on their preferences and budget
4. Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
5. Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after their travels, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively
6. Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and implement strategies for attracting new clients and retaining existing ones
7. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve overall customer satisfaction
