About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales goals
2. Identify, qualify, and follow up with potential clients
3. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their travel preferences and requirements
4. Present and promote travel packages including destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
5. Provide detailed information about itineraries, pricing, and special offers to clients
6. Advise clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and activities
7. Collect payments, book travel arrangements, and pay applicable fees
8. Build and maintain relationships with travel and tour vendors
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination knowledge to better assist clients
10. Handle client inquiries, resolve concerns, and address feedback in a professional and timely manner
11. Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, bookings, and sales activities
