Typist Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. PowerPoint Creation:
- Prepare and design PowerPoint presentations for subjects like mathematics, reasoning, constitution, English, Gujarati, and other competitive exam topics.
- Ensure slides are visually appealing and easy to understand.

2. Note Preparation:
- Create detailed subject notes using Adobe Acrobat.
- Organize notes in a clear and structured format for student use.
- Edit and update existing notes as required.

3. Weekly Test Papers:
- Type and format question papers for weekly tests based on the syllabus.
- Proofread for accuracy and clarity before finalizing.

4. Language-Specific Tasks:
- Type content fluently in Gujarati and Hindi.
- Translate or adapt notes and materials between Gujarati, Hindi, and English as needed.

5. Document Management:
- Save and organize all files in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.
- Maintain backups of all documents and presentations.

6. Communication:
- Coordinate with the team for content requirements and updates.
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
