1. Should have hands-on experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
2. Knowledge about style standards on fonts, colors, and images
3. Must have sound knowledge of graphic and interactive design principles and should have the ability to apply that knowledge to the design
4. Knowledge of ReactJS would be a plus
