1. Demonstrable UX and UI skills
2. Experience in human-centered designs
3. Experience in creating UX workflows for mobile apps
4. Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
5. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Visual design and wire-framing tools
6. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
7. Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
8. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
9. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
