About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs for websites
2. Work closely with developers to implement UI/UX designs using HTML, CSS, and JQuery.
3. Collaborate with product teams to ensure a user-centered design approach.
4. Test UI elements and ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.
5. Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to improve the design.
6. Maintain and enhance design systems and style guides.
7. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field.
2. Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
3. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
4. A portfolio showcasing any previous UI/UX design projects or coursework (internship/project work is a plus).
5. A strong eye for visual design, including color, layout, and typography.
6. Ability to work in a team and effectively communicate design ideas.
7. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and trends.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 750 per design).
