As a UI/UX Design intern at Village Company, you will have the exciting opportunity to work alongside our talented team of designers and developers to create innovative, user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. Your passion for UI & UX Design, UX Research, Wireframing, Figma, User Interface (UI) Development, and Adobe Creative Suite will be put to the test as you collaborate on projects that will shape the future of our company.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct user research to identify pain points and preferences
2. Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts
3. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements
4. Implement user interface designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
5. Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design
7. Assist in creating design assets for marketing materials and presentations

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (100% of goals achieved).
