UI/UX Design Internship

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
-Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
-Develop user flows, journey maps, and personas to guide design decisions.
-Create visually appealing and consistent UI designs following brand guidelines.
-Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design objectives with business goals.
-Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to improve designs iteratively.
-Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and platforms.---Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
-Provide design assets, style guides, and specifications to developers for implementation.

Skills Required:
-Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
-Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability practices.
-Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
-Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
-Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to facilitate collaboration with developers.
-Strong communication skills to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
-Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Principle).
-Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
-Knowledge of user testing tools like UsabilityHub, Maze, or UserTesting.
-Experience working in Agile environments.
-A strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects.
