About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. User Research: Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to understand user needs and behaviors
2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
3. Visual Design: Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and cohesive look and feel
4. User Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve the user experience
5. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately and effectively
6. Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries
7. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our designs remain current and innovative
8. Documentation: Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders, ensuring all design decisions are documented

Other requirements

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and other relevant software

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

Experience with responsive and adaptive design

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
