About the internship

Join our team at E-Factor Experiences Limited as a UI/UX designer with WordPress as a templating intern. We are looking for someone who is skilled in UI & UX design, user interface (UI) development, UX research, and WordPress templating.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces for our websites corporate, events, hospitality, adventure, etc.
2. Conduct UX research to gather insights and feedback from users to enhance the overall user experience
3. Develop WordPress templates to ensure a consistent design across all pages of the website
4. Implement best practices for Mobile Responsive UI development to optimize performance and usability
5. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in UI-UX design to continuously improve our digital presence
6. Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements
7. Provide support and assistance to the team in various design-related tasks

4. are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities

Other requirements
1. Candidates with a formal degree or diploma in design will be preferred.
2. Candidates with Behance/Dribbble portfolios will be preferred.
3. Candidates must have great communication skills.
4. This is a full-time in-office internship at our Noida office.
5. Candidates might be required to travel to events (optional).
