3. Analyze and synthesize research findings to create actionable recommendations for product improvements
4. Develop user personas, journey maps, and other UX deliverables to enhance user understanding
5. Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts based on user feedback
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX research to continuously improve our processes
7. Contribute to a culture of innovation and creativity within the company by sharing your insights and ideas
