About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
2. Learning about the industry and domain for your project's subject matter
3. Identifying the key users you'll be designing for
4. Collaboratively recruiting and researching to learn more about your user and their biggest pain points to create simple, intuitive solutions
5. Helping to invalidate and synthesize real user feedback and figuring out how to work it
6. Backing into your designs
7. Communicating your concepts and ideas via storytelling
8. Continually engaging with project stakeholders to design experiences that stay true to the business's needs
9. Taking your concepts from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity mock-ups
10. Helping in creating user flows and other design artifacts for customer presentations with guidance from PMs and senior UX designers

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

3. are available for duration of 3 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Secunderabad, Hyderabad and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must be collaborative (working harmoniously with individuals of varying roles, skillsets, and backgrounds)

2. Must have the basic domain understanding of UX fundamentals & technology

3. Must have good communication (written/verbal) and storytelling skills

4. Must be rational and have the creative ability to think way outside the box, and then dial in on what is feasible

5. Must be impartial in their actions, even for items not explicitly within their direct responsibility

6. Must be empathic and have the ability and desire to truly get to know their user's pain points

7. Must be comfortable with ambiguity, failing in a safe environment, and getting out of their comfort zone

8. Must have attention to detail (sweating the small stuff)

9. Must be curious to grow and learn new things

10. Must extend strong support and appreciation for design thinking

11. Must be fun and love what they do
