About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and prototype mobile apps, web applications, and internal business tools using Figma
2. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective UI/UX solutions
3. Conduct user research, create user personas, and design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
4. Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines
5. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing results
6. Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs
7. Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Who can apply

Other requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications

2. Proficiency in Figma (components, design systems, prototyping, auto-layout, etc.)

3. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices

4. Experience with user research, wireframing, and prototyping

5. Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design

6. Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills

8. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus but not required
