Valuation Executive Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Visiting valuation sites, whether within or outside Indore, ensuring a thorough examination
2. Gathering documents from Banks or customers, as appropriate, and conducting meticulous on-site document verification
3. Collecting essential customer information, and capturing necessary photographs and property locations, following prescribed training steps
4. Accumulating all gathered data and transport it back to the office
5. Compiling a comprehensive valuation report based on the collected data and submit it to the respective Bank
6. Engaging with Banks, NBFCs, DSAs, and other Financial Institutions to acquire information for potential empanelment
7. Preparing necessary documents and initiating the empanelment process under the guidance of company directors, offering support to banks throughout the process
8. completing the empanelment process and conducting regular visits to Banks, engaging with managers, and promoting services
9. Consistently visiting banks, actively meet with managers to secure work opportunities, maintain regular communication via calls and WhatsApp messages
10. Forging partnerships with valuers from various cities, aligning them with the company's vision, and sending proposals to potential associates to foster collaborative relationships
11. Doing all the marketing process for the company.
