StockUp is seeking a Vendor Onboarding Specialist intern to join our dynamic team. As a crucial member of our operations department, you will play a key role in ensuring that our vendors are successfully onboarded and set up for success.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinate with vendors to collect necessary documentation and information for onboarding process.
2. Conduct thorough background checks and due diligence on potential vendors.
3. Assist in creating and maintaining vendor profiles in our database.
4. Provide ongoing support to vendors throughout the onboarding process.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new vendors.
6. Monitor vendor performance and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes and procedures.
