1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelors or masters degree in film, media studies, digital media, or a related field.
2. Strong interest in video production, editing, and visual storytelling.
3. Basic proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, or DaVinci Resolve.
4. Good understanding of video composition, pacing, and narrative structure.
5. Familiarity with basic audio editing and mixing for video content.
6. Basic knowledge of color correction and grading techniques.
7. Ability to work with various video formats and understand basic video compression concepts.
8. Creativity and willingness to contribute ideas to video projects.
9. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other creatives.
10. Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, multi-industry setting.
11. Basic understanding of creating videos for different social media platforms.
12. Attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines in video content.
13. A basic understanding of copyright laws and fair use in video production.
14. Enthusiasm for learning about various sectors, particularly real estate and startups, to create relevant video content.
15. Willingness to assist in shooting video content when needed.
16. Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
17. Be open to feedback and able to implement revisions based on client or team input.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per performance).
