About the internship
We are looking for a passionate and creative Video Editing and Social Media Intern to join our team. This is a hybrid internship, where most work will be conducted remotely. However, there will be occasions where you will be required to visit our office or travel to event locations to stay onsite for several days to assist with live coverage and content creation during Muay Thai events.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, and social media content creation, contributing directly to the promotion of Muay Thai events, fighters, and training sessions. The internship lasts for 3 months, with the possibility of extension or transition into a full-time position based on performance.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
2. Content creation: Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, video highlights, and event promotions.
3. Trend analysis: Monitor social media trends and leverage them for campaign ideas and content creation.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with video editors and photographers to create visually appealing posts.
5. Content management: Schedule and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting leading up to events.
6. Community engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and drive conversations on social platforms.
7. Performance tracking: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, optimizing content based on results.
8. Event coverage: Coordinate live coverage and updates during Muay Thai events to boost real-time engagement.

Other requirements
1. Proficient in video editing software (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, FIil etc.).
2. Experience managing social media accounts for brands or events.
3. Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
4. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
5. Creative thinking with an eye for design and engaging content.
6. Knowledge of video editing tools is a plus.
7. Passion for Muay Thai or combat sports is highly desirable.
