About the internship
Video Content Creation & Social Media Intern
We are Talent Corner HR Services, a reputed Executive Search firm based in Mumbai, and we are proud to be hiring partner for CrackVerbal.
Location: Near Hebbal, Bangalore (1 day a week on-site Mondays; additional days as needed).
Stipend: Rs.6000 p.m.
Are you someone who loves storytelling through short-form videos? Do you have a knack for capturing attention on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts? We're looking for an intern who can shoot, edit, and publish videos that truly resonate with our audience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Video Production: Shoot short videos (primarily using a smartphone) and edit them using AI-based tools or basic editing software.
2. Content Strategy: Work closely with the team to understand the message and select the best medium to convey it whether it's IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, or LinkedIn posts.
3. Platform Management: Publish and schedule posts on various social media platforms, optimizing for maximum engagement and reach.
4. Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach) and propose improvements.
5. Creative Input: Brainstorm new video ideas and keep tabs on industry trends to ensure content stays fresh and engaging.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

3. are available for duration of 3 months

Other requirements
1. Basic video shooting and editing skills (mobile-friendly editing apps, AI editing tools)
2. Familiarity with different social media platforms and their algorithms.
3. Strong understanding of digital storytelling how to tailor a message to the right format.
4. Good communication skills and creativity.
5. Previous experience in content creation (personal projects are fine) is a plus.
