About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Videography: Assist in planning, shooting, and directing video content, including author interviews, book trailers, promotional videos, and behind-the-scenes footage, while ensuring high-quality production with attention to lighting, sound, and framing.
2. Video editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro), adding graphics, animations, music, and effects to enhance videos while ensuring alignment with the author's branding and messaging guidelines.
3. Content creation: Collaborate with the author and content team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects, staying updated on the latest trends in video production and social media to create relevant and engaging content.
4. Post-production: Manage the post-production process, including color correction, sound editing, and exporting videos in various formats, while organizing and archiving video files for easy retrieval and future use.
5. Quality control: Review and refine videos to ensure they meet the highest quality standards, incorporating feedback from the author and content team to make necessary revisions.
6. Project management: Schedule and post video content on various social media platforms, monitor video performance and engagement for insights and recommendations, ensure timely and consistent posting according to the content calendar, assist in managing production schedules, and coordinate with team members and external vendors as needed.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in film, media production, communications, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in videography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
3. Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, sound, and camera operation.
