1. Strong understanding of video editing principles and techniques.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
3. Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Passion for video production and a strong desire to learn.
7. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver quality output.
