Video Editing/Making Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Videographer responsibilities:
1. Operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage
2. Assisting in setting up and managing video shoots, including location scouting and equipment setup
3. Collaborating with the creative team to execute visual storytelling concepts
4. Ensuring proper framing, lighting, and audio quality during shoots
5. Capturing behind-the-scenes content for social media or promotional use

B. Video editor responsibilities:
1. Editing raw footage into polished, engaging videos using editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
2. Adding transitions, effects, graphics, and sound elements to enhance video quality
3. Trimming, cutting, and organizing clips to maintain smooth storytelling and pacing
4. Adjusting colour correction, audio levels, and visual aesthetics to meet brand or client requirements
5. Assisting in creating short-form content for social media platforms (Instagram reels, TikTok, YouTube shorts)

C. Working closely with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to align video content with brand messaging
D. Managing and organizing digital assets, ensuring efficient file storage and retrieval
E. Staying updated on video editing trends, tools, and industry best practices
F. Ensuring all content adheres to copyright, licensing, and brand guidelines
G. Assisting in brainstorming and pitching creative video ideas for projects
