About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Editing videos featuring Kanwar Grewal's performances, interviews, and promotional content to match his signature Sufi style.
2. Ensuring video edits capture the essence of Punjabi Sufi traditions and resonate with the audience.
3. Creating short-form, high-quality content optimized for YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
4. Collaborating with the team to ideate and produce creative concepts that align with Kanwar Grewal's brand.
5. Adding transitions, effects, and subtitles to enhance video appeal and storytelling.
6. Staying informed about trends in Punjabi music, Sufi culture, and audience preferences to maintain relevance.
7. Managing video files, organizing footage, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Requirements:
1. Passion for Kanwar Grewal's music and deep understanding of Punjabi Sufi traditions.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing tools.
3. Strong storytelling and creative editing skills.
4. Awareness of social media trends and video formats to optimize for maximum engagement.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Other requirements
Must have a deep understanding of Punjabi Sufi music, particularly Kanwar Grewal’s style, themes, and cultural impact.
Prior experience in editing music videos or culturally rich content is highly preferred.
Strong grasp of Punjabi language to ensure accuracy in subtitles and cultural nuances.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visual media.
Familiarity with social media platforms, algorithms, and video formats (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, etc.).

I am Kanwar Grewal, a Punjabi singer, poet, and composer from the heart of Punjab, India. Born on July 15, 1989, in Buttar Kalan, Ludhiana, my journey in music began at a young age.
