Video Editing/Making Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan the basic narrative of the project, outlining ideas for potential development into a full documentary or film
2. Recruit and oversee the production crew, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of the project
3. Collaborate with the sound engineer and cinematographer to ensure the delivery of high-quality work
4. Develop basic scripts for the videos, oversee the shooting process, and manage post-production, focusing on character-driven content
5. Compile and edit video footage to create a compelling narrative
6. Manage the overall project, from conception to finalization, including reviewing footage, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring the overall aesthetic integrity of the film
7. Scout talent for video shoots and manage project budgets effectively
8. Execute post-production tasks and video editing
9. Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conception to finalization, including reviewing footage, directing action, controlling video logic and editing rhythm, and ensuring overall aesthetic quality in the later stages of film production
