1. Proven work experience in video creation, storytelling, and editing
2. Prior experience in the social sector and blogging is preferred
3. Solid experience with visual media, digital technology, video editing software, and photo editing tools
4. Detail-oriented with demonstrable skills in video creation, editing ability, color correction, and audio sense
5. Ability to shoot and edit video blogs
6. Creative self-starter comfortable working in a collaborative environment
