About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Login as per your shift
2. Handle contacts and leads
3. Be in touch with team managers for team meetings

Associates can reach out to the company process helpline for any process policy related queries.

Functional abilities:

1. Ability to utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts.
2. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
3. Good comprehension & composition skills
4. Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned
5. Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work during weekends, holidays, and events
6. Need to have a dedicated private, ergonomic workspace (desk & a chair) that is free from disturbance
7. Must have an internet connection with a bandwidth of 10 Mbps or higher connected through LAN cable

Logistical support provided by the company:
1. Dedicated laptop/desktop + VPN tokens + Headset

1. Should be self-driven, motivated, and task-driven individual who can learn fast and operate with minimal support from the manager and lead

2. Should ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity during working shift so as to ensure maximum productivity

3. Should be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment

4. Creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service

5. Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment

6. Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs

7. Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

8. Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events

9. Effective problem-solving skills including decision making, time management and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned

10. Ability to approach problems logically and rationally

11. Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations

Additional information

The candidates must have a dedicated 10 MBPS ISP LAN connection (mandatory requirement). The shifts will be rotational.
Benefits: NSA, OT, meal card, Night Shift Allowance, Zeta Meal Card (13200 INR per annum), and Internet Reimbursement (15000 INR per annum).
