About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in handling visa applications, documentation, and submission processes for various countries.
2. Review client documents to ensure accuracy and completeness for visa processing.
3. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa centers for timely application updates.
4. Communicate with clients to guide them through the visa process and provide relevant information.
5. Stay updated on visa requirements, policies, and procedures for different countries.
6. Support the team in managing visa-related queries and troubleshooting client concerns.

Other requirements

1. Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields).

2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Basic knowledge of visa documentation and travel industry is a plus.

5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

7. Availability for a minimum of 3 months.
