Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing engaging lesson plans.
2. Provide one-on-one support to students who may need extra help.
3. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
4. Support classroom management and behavior strategies.
5. Assist with grading assignments and providing feedback to students.
6. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
7. Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
8. Act as a mentor to young minds

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 100 per task).
