1. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles is a must
2. Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
3. Understanding of PHP back-end development and WordPress
4. Should know popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux), RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
5. Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
6. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
7. Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and good with front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
8. Should understand user interfaces for websites and/or web applications and responsive design web development
9. Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
10. Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
11. Familiarity with code versioning tools {{such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial}}
12. Preferred BE/MCA candidate
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year
