About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in web development projects: Collaborate with senior developers to create, maintain, and update websites and web applications.
2. Write clean and efficient code: Write, test, and debug code under the guidance of experienced team members.
3. Participate in team meetings: Join brainstorming sessions, project discussions, and team meetings to stay updated on ongoing projects and tasks.
4. Work on front-end/back-end development: Assist in both front-end and back-end development tasks, such as designing user interfaces and managing server-side logic.
5. Research and implement new technologies: Stay informed about the latest trends in web development and experiment with new technologies to benefit ongoing projects.
6. Test websites and applications: Conduct regular testing to ensure functionality, compatibility, and optimal user experience.
7. Collaborate with designers: Work closely with the design team to integrate visual elements into the websites being developed.
8. Document progress: Maintain documentation of code and project progress to ensure seamless handovers and future reference.
9. Solve problems: Identify and troubleshoot issues in web applications, ensuring timely resolution.
10. Receive and apply feedback: Remain open to feedback from senior team members and continuously improve skills and deliverables.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 8000 per design).
