We are seeking a motivated and skilled Website Design and Development Intern to join our team. The intern will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining websites that align with our brand's vision and user requirements. This role is ideal for candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in web design and development, working alongside a dynamic and creative team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in designing user-friendly and visually appealing websites using tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
2. Collaborate with the team to implement website functionalities using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
3. Update and maintain existing websites, ensuring they are optimized for performance and responsiveness.
4. Conduct testing and debugging to ensure websites are error-free and provide a seamless user experience.
5. Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins as required.
6. Optimize websites for SEO and ensure compatibility across various browsers and devices.
7. Research and recommend design and development trends to improve the user experience.

Candidate Preferences
Education: Pursuing/recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
Skills:
1. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, React, Angular).
2. Basic knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., PHP, Node.js) and database management (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB) is a plus.
3. Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify is preferred.
4. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
6. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, creativity, ability to meet deadlines, and eagerness to learn.
7. Experience: Previous projects (personal or academic) showcasing web development skills are highly desirable.
