About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Starting with an initial code base for complaint management
2. Modifying the backend to incorporate support for managing machine learning components
3. Adding support for registering solution providers
4. Developing a web-based frontend
5. Augmenting existing mobile app to work with the server

Who can apply:

Additional Information:
This internship is offered by IIT Bombay in collaboration with Microsoft Research.

Build a next-generation community-oriented complaint management system. The key components are- a web-based frontend based built using state of the art tools, backend for storing and retrieving multi-modal (text + image) complaints, managing various machine learned modules and a mobile app. The interns will work with Professors at CSE Department at IIT Bombay and spend significant time at Microsoft Development Centre on hand-holding for system building alternatives.
