About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design, code, and modify our websites, from layout to function and according to required specifications
2. Strive to create visually appealing web pages that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation
3. Use a combination of markup languages like HTML/HTML5 to write web pages
4. Create cascading style sheets (CSS) that are consistent across all browsers and platforms
5. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders and develop new user-facing features
6. Implement a robust set of services and APIs to power the web application
7. Integrate the front-end and back-end aspects of the web application

Skills required:

1. Hands-on experience with markup languages like HTML/HTML5
2. Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery
3. Well versed with PHP and its framework (CodeIgniter)
4. Knowledge of Front-end Frameworks like Bootstrap
5. Good understanding of software design patterns such as Model View Controller (MVC) Architecture
6. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/SVN
7. In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
