Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Implement front-end features based on provided design mock-ups using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
2. Integrate front-end components with Laravel backend functionalities
3. Collaborate with designers to ensure alignment between design and implementation
4. Test and debug front-end components across various browsers and devices
5. Continuously learn and improve skills in PHP, Laravel, and front-end technologies
6. Maintain documentation of implemented features and encountered issues
7. Adapt to changing requirements and solve challenges efficiently
