1. Excellent knowledge of WordPress, optional on Presta shop, PHP, MySQL
2. Expert at developing using WordPress standards
3. Good understanding of accessibility considerations and web standards
4. Experience creating custom WordPress plugins
5. Intimate understanding of custom post types
6. Works both independently and with other developers
7. Experience drafting functional specifications
8. Experience coding WordPress themes
9. Writes well-documented code
10. Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and complete tasks in a timely manner and who is knowledgeable about the most recent WordPress releases and standards
